Joel Tracey​

With seven years of dedicated military service, he developed strong discipline, leadership and strategic problem-solving skills. After leaving the British Army, he transitioned first into the telecommunications industry, applying his technical aptitude and commitment to reliability. He later transitioned into the haulage sector, where he leveraged his operational experience to ensure efficient logistics and deliver high-quality service. He brings resilience, adaptability and a results-driven mindset to every role he takes.
Ryan Jenkins​

Like Joel, Ryan also served seven years in the British Army. Gaining invaluable experience in leadership, discipline and problem-solving skills that continue to guide his work today. He specialises in building fibre networks and has now ventured into growing a UK-wide haukage enterprise. Entrepreneurial by nature, Ryan focuses on building trusted client relationships and delivering reliable, high-standard services. His approaches to business are rooted in the core principles learned in the military: integrity, precision and results.
